4. AI Avatar Disclaimer (Data & Privacy)
The FriendAI World avatar is a digital algorithmic creation, not a real person.
It does not perceive, store, or analyze your biometric data.
It does not access your camera or microphone.
All avatar animations and emotions are simulated.
The avatar cannot form real relationships or emotional bonds.
No avatar-related interaction collects any additional personal data.
5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR-friendly)
If required by law, we rely on the following bases:
Contract — to operate your account and the Services
Legitimate interest — to improve safety and user experience

delete the account
