When you use the app, we collect:

2. Usage Data

  • interactions with buttons and screens

We do not track your behavior outside the app.

3. No biometric, camera, or audio data

FriendAI World does not access:

  • face recognition

  • head tracking

  • AR features

  • microphone

  • camera

  • enabling conversations with the AI

  • personalizing the app experience

  • syncing your message history

4. AI Avatar Disclaimer (Data & Privacy)

The FriendAI World avatar is a digital algorithmic creation, not a real person.

  • It does not perceive, store, or analyze your biometric data.

  • It does not access your camera or microphone.

  • All avatar animations and emotions are simulated.

  • The avatar cannot form real relationships or emotional bonds.

No avatar-related interaction collects any additional personal data.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR-friendly)

If required by law, we rely on the following bases:

  • Contract — to operate your account and the Services

  • Legitimate interest — to improve safety and user experience

  • Consent — for optional features (e.g., notifications)

  • Legal obligation — for compliance and fraud prevention

We do not process special category data.

We do not sell or rent your data.

We only share data with trusted third parties necessary to operate the app:

Account deletion

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18.

If we discover that someone under 18 is using the app:

  • we will block access

  • delete the account

  • erase all associated data

Parents may contact us to request removal.

If changes occur, we will:

  • notify users through the app where appropriate
