FRIENDAI WORLD — TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FriendAI World mobile application and any related features, content, or services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by PavliSolutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

IMPORTANT NOTICE — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

FriendAI World is an AI-powered digital experience intended solely for entertainment, narrative interaction, self-reflection, and general informational purposes.

The Services DO NOT provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, counseling, crisis intervention, coaching, or professional services of any kind.

The Services are not designed, intended, approved, or certified to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any medical, psychological, emotional, or mental health condition.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access or use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years of age;

  • you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;

  • you are using the Services voluntarily and at your own discretion;

  • you are mentally capable of using the Services without risk of harm.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we determine that a user is under the age of 18.

2. Description of the Services

FriendAI World is an AI-driven digital platform designed to offer:

  • conversational interaction and reflective dialogue;

  • narrative-based interaction and self-exploration prompts;

  • symbolic, thematic, and experiential content;

  • interaction with a digital AI avatar.

The Services utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, and third-party technologies to generate responses based on user input.

The Services are provided solely as an entertainment and self-reflection experience.

Any perceived insight, clarity, comfort, motivation, emotional resonance, or guidance is incidental, subjective, non-clinical, and not guaranteed.

3. No Therapy, Medical, or Psychological Services

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • FriendAI World does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, diagnosis, coaching, or medical care;

  • the Services are not a substitute for licensed healthcare providers, mental health professionals, or emergency services;

  • you will not interpret, rely upon, or use the Services as professional advice of any kind;

  • you will not use the Services as a basis for making significant personal, emotional, medical, legal, or financial decisions;

  • any perceived benefit is personal, subjective, and non-clinical.

Crisis Disclaimer

The Services are not designed for crisis situations.

If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, suicide, harm to others, or are in immediate danger, you must contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis support provider immediately.

FriendAI World does not provide crisis intervention, emergency response, monitoring, escalation, or reporting.

4. Assumption of Risk

You understand and agree that interacting with AI-generated content involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • emotional reactions or discomfort;

  • misunderstandings or misinterpretations;

  • dissatisfaction with generated responses;

  • perceived emotional impact, projection, or attachment.

By using the Services, you voluntarily assume all risks arising from your interaction with AI-generated content, digital avatars, and narrative experiences.

You agree to discontinue use immediately if the Services cause distress, dependency, discomfort, or adverse emotional effects.

5. User Account

Certain features may require account creation.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and current information;

  • maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;

  • notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present legal, ethical, or security risks.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  1. violate any applicable law or regulation;

  2. harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others;

  3. submit unlawful, hateful, exploitative, or abusive content;

  4. promote violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities;

  5. send spam or unauthorized commercial communications;

  6. interfere with system integrity, security, or availability;

  7. attempt reverse engineering or unauthorized access;

  8. impersonate any person or entity.

We may monitor usage to ensure safety and compliance.

7. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By using the Services, you grant PavliSolutions LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and use your content solely to:

  • operate and maintain the Services;

  • personalize the user experience;

  • improve AI systems in anonymized or aggregated form;

  • comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, create psychological profiles, or use identifiable user content for advertising.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, avatar assets, animations, designs, trademarks, and branding are owned by or licensed to PavliSolutions LLC.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent.

9. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Some features require paid subscriptions or purchases.

  • Payments are processed exclusively via Apple App Store or Google Play.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

  • Refunds are governed exclusively by Apple or Google platform policies.

This agreement is between you and PavliSolutions LLC, not Apple or Google.

Apple and Google are not responsible for the Services.

10. AI Limitations and Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, misleading, or inappropriate;

  • the AI has no consciousness, awareness, intent, judgment, or understanding;

  • AI-generated responses are generic and do not consider your personal history, mental state, emotional condition, or real-world circumstances;

  • responses do not constitute advice, recommendations, instructions, or directives.

You agree not to rely on AI-generated content for decisions involving health, mental well-being, legal matters, finances, safety, relationships, or life outcomes.

11. AI Avatar and Symbolic Guidance Disclaimer

The FriendAI World avatar is a digital, artistic, algorithmic simulation.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • the avatar is not a real person and possesses no emotions or consciousness;

  • any perceived guidance, mentorship, symbolism, or meaning is metaphorical and experiential only;

  • any emotional bond or attachment is subjective and one-sided;

  • the avatar does not replace human relationships or professional support;

  • the Company is not responsible for emotional dependency, attachment, expectations, interpretations, or distress.

12. No Fiduciary Relationship

Use of the Services does not create any fiduciary, therapeutic, advisory, confidential, or professional relationship between you and the Company.

13. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • your emotional and mental well-being;

  • your interpretations, decisions, and actions;

  • how you use and perceive the Services.

The Company does not monitor, evaluate, diagnose, treat, or intervene in user emotional or mental conditions.

14. Termination

You may discontinue use of the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • you violate these Terms;

  • your use poses legal, ethical, or security risks;

  • the Services are discontinued.

Certain provisions survive termination.

15. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no warranties regarding:

  • uninterrupted or error-free operation;

  • accuracy, suitability, or usefulness of AI output;

  • availability of specific features or content.

All implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PavliSolutions LLC shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;

  • emotional or psychological outcomes;

  • loss of data, profits, revenue, opportunities, or relationships;

  • reliance on AI-generated content or avatar interactions.

Total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • USD $50, or

  • the amount paid by the user in the preceding three (3) months.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
